Hosting fees combine infrastructure cost and Capricon management. Bands below assume Capricon applications; tighter RPO/RTO and HA topologies move you up the range.
Managed app host (prod)
LKR 50K – 150K / month
Single production environment with HTTPS, baseline hardening, scheduled backups, and monitoring. Typical planning RPO measured in hours; RTO aligned to business-hours restore practice.
Prod + UAT with restore drills
LKR 150K – 400K / month
Separate UAT and production, patch windows, periodic restore tests, and clearer capacity reviews. Common planning RPO ~4–24 hours with documented last restore-test date.
HA / tighter RPO–RTO
LKR 400K – 900K+ / month
Higher availability design, shorter recovery targets (for example RPO under a few hours and RTO under half a day where architecture supports it), and stronger on-call expectations. Exact RPO/RTO are set in discovery.

Uptime marketing is cheap; RPO (how much data you can afford to lose) and RTO (how long to restore service) are the numbers that matter. Targets below are illustrative until architecture and budget are confirmed.

- What is managed cloud hosting?
- Capricon operates the infrastructure and platform layers needed to run your Capricon application including servers or containers, TLS, backups, monitoring, and routine maintenance so your team focuses on using the software instead of babysitting VMs.
- Do you guarantee 99.9% uptime?
- We set availability targets in the hosting agreement based on architecture and budget. We do not advertise a blanket 99.9% claim without defining measurement, exclusions, and credits. Ask for the SLA table in your proposal.
- Where is data hosted?
- Hosting region and provider options are confirmed during discovery. If you have residency or latency requirements, for example keeping primary workloads in a preferred region, state them before provisioning.
- How often are backups tested?
- Backup jobs run on the schedule in your contract. Restore tests are scheduled periodically because an untested backup is only a hope. Critical systems should have a documented last test date.
- Cloud or on premise for Capricon ERP or HMS?
- Choose managed cloud when you want Capricon to own updates and recovery routines. Choose on premise or private hosting when policy or plant connectivity requires local control and you can fund real DR practice. See also our cloud versus on premise ERP guide.
- Can hosting include WhatsApp or AI workloads?
- Application hosting covers Capricon systems. WhatsApp Business Platform and AI model providers have their own accounts and fees. Capricon can integrate those services and host the application side that orchestrates them.
